Plain-language version: I build your website first, you only pay if you approve it, and you own it. The details are below.

Terms of Service

Brendan Ng Web Design ("I", "me") designs and builds custom websites for local businesses. Here is how it works:

• I build a website for your business at no cost, upfront.
• You review the finished site on a live link and can request changes.
• If you approve it, the price is a one-time $1,000. There are no monthly design fees.
• If you decide not to move forward, you owe nothing.
• Once you have paid, the website is yours. I will help you connect a domain and set up hosting.

Refund Policy

Because you review and approve the finished website before any payment is taken, payment only happens once you are satisfied. For that reason, payments are final once made.

If something isn't working as we agreed, email me at bng11299@gmail.com within 14 days of payment and I will fix it. I want you happy with the result.

Privacy Policy

I only collect what I need to respond to you and deliver your website:

• Contact details you send me (name, email, phone, message) — used only to reply and work with you. I do not sell or share them.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — I never see or store them.

If you'd like your information removed, email me and I'll delete it.
