Terms, Refunds & Privacy

Plain-language version: I build your website first, you only pay if you approve it, and you own it. The details are below.

Terms of Service

Brendan Ng Web Design ("I", "me") designs and builds custom websites for local businesses. Here is how it works:

• I build a website for your business at no cost, upfront.
• You review the finished site on a live link and can request changes.
• If you approve it, you choose one of two ways to keep it:
• One-time, $500. No monthly fees. The website is yours outright — hosting and your domain are on your end; I'll point you in the right direction but won't manage them ongoing.
• Monthly, $39/month. I register and manage your domain and hosting for you — no registrar or DNS to deal with. Cancel anytime.
• If you decide not to move forward, you owe nothing.

Monthly Plan — Domain Ownership on Cancellation

If you're on the $39/month plan and cancel, here's what happens to your domain (which I registered and hold on your behalf while you're subscribed):

• Email me at brendan@ngdigital.org and I'll transfer the domain to a registrar account you control.
• A one-time $19 release fee applies, covering the domain's registration cost and the transfer work. This isn't a lock-in fee — it's what the domain actually costs, and I'll walk you through the transfer either way.
• Your website stops being hosted by me once you cancel; the domain transfer is separate and available whenever you ask for it.

Refund Policy

Because you review and approve the finished website before any payment is taken, payment only happens once you are satisfied. For that reason, payments are final once made.

If something isn't working as we agreed, email me at brendan@ngdigital.org within 14 days of payment and I will fix it. I want you happy with the result.

Privacy Policy

I only collect what I need to respond to you and deliver your website:

• Contact details you send me (name, email, phone, message) — used only to reply and work with you. I do not sell or share them.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — I never see or store them.

If you'd like your information removed, email me and I'll delete it.
